Unlike many of our competitors, we carry full professional general liability insurance for your piece of mind. Our coverages exceed the minimum requirements. This way your home is protected when we work for you.  You will receive COI naming you and your property in our policy.

You find yourself using the property a few months out the year, why manage all the accounting full time.  Capture all your bills and invoices all in one place. We onboard all your bills and current vendors to our system and take care of your payments.  You will have monthly statements and end of year reporting.  

You will be assigned your own Property Manager that will visit your property on a weekly basis or as needed to check for any maintenace items.   Our weekly reports are simple to read including a list of checkpoints done both inside and outside of the property.  Reports will include photo and video media that will available in your online portal for record keeping. 

Have piece of mind knowing your property will be secured and protected should a storm or hurricane come our way.  Depending on weather conditions, we take a proactive approach to have all windows and doors secured in addition to shutting off all utilities if needed.  An after-storm report is sent to you immediately after the event. 

We provide you with a monthly and year end reports.  All your expenses will be clearly itemized with accompanying invoices and receipts for record keeping.   We capture all of your miscellaneous expenses, services and supplies giving you clear line of sight for budgeting purposes and making Tax time breeze. 

We take a thoughtful approach in preparing your home for both your departure, during your absence and upon your return arrival.  From stocking your refrigerator/s before your arrival to assisting with any forgotten errands after your departure or maintaining your vehicle readiness, we are here to serve.
